CUSTOM ORDER STATUS
Current status or new orders for cues and cases are below:
A short update on custom cue orders. Our order books are still currently closed. We are working hard to create some time to accept custom orders and we hope we will have some news on when we can accept orders shortly so please keep checking this page.

June is back in the case workshop and has been working on cases to get fully up to speed following her operation. We will have an update on accepting custom case orders very soon.

We appreciate your patience and understand it can be frustrating not being able to place an order. For us the most important part of cue making is quality and we cannot compromise on this philosophy just to make more cues

CUSTOM ORDER STATUS
Current status or new orders for cues and cases are below:
Since announcing we would be accepting orders again from today we’ve received an unprecedented amount of enquiries. Whilst we expected there to be a high level of interest we are overwhelmed, could never have anticipated the response we’ve received.
To those who have already placed an enquiry, please be patient. It will take us a while to work through and respond to everyone. There will be a lot of orders we cannot accept due to the limited space we have available. We are thankful and grateful for your enquiry and support.
Unfortunately we will be closing the order books again. We will continue to work as hard as we can and we hope to make some spaces available later in the year.

For case orders, June is still recovering from surgery on her shoulder. The operation went well but she still has several months recovery and rehabilitation before she can get back to the case workshop.
We will post updates here when spaces becomes available.

CUSTOM ORDER STATUS
Current status or new orders for cues and cases are below:
From Friday 19th April 2024 we will be accepting custom cue orders again.
We only have a very limited number of spaces available so we will be operating on a first come first serve basis.
We have been inundated with order requests since we stopped accepting custom orders so it’s likely a lot will miss out on a custom cue order this time however we think this is the fairest way. As there are only a limited number of orders available, we expect to have to close the order books very soon after opening.
We have been working long hours to complete existing orders and reduce the lead time to allow us to accept orders again. We understand it will be frustrating for those who miss out on an order however our priority is always to offer the very best in quality, craftsmanship and playability for our cues. We refuse to compromise in ant way just to be able to make more cues.
